Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the ArtSync iOS app and official website. By using ArtSync, you agree to them.

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement with ArtSync-specific provisions. If there is a conflict about the app licence, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

You may use ArtSync for lawful personal and creative purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules. Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe another person’s rights, or use ArtSync for unlawful activity.

You keep ownership of images, artwork, recordings, and other content you import, create, or export. ArtSync does not claim ownership of that content. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use it and for deciding what to send to a paired device or export elsewhere.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Product duration, price, renewal terms, and included access are shown before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through your Apple account settings. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are subject to Apple’s applicable rules. Access to paid features depends on a valid App Store entitlement.

ArtSync may add, change, or remove features and may require updates for compatibility, security, or continued operation. Reasonable care is taken to keep the app available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

ArtSync’s software, name, visual identity, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use ArtSync, these Terms do not transfer any ArtSync ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

ArtSync is a creative aid. Tracing and alignment results depend on the device, environment, materials, setup, and technique. To the extent permitted by law, ArtSync is provided as available without guarantees beyond those required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using ArtSync at any time. ArtSync may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or a forum available to you under applicable law.

These Terms may be updated when ArtSync’s features or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Where required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
